Question: Discuss about the Factors Associated With Fear Of Breast Cancer Among Survivors. Answer: The literature review articles were randomly searched across the PubMed and Medline databases. The whole process was done over the internet. The search criteria were done by putting specific search names for example breast cancer, into the search boxes of the databases so that to display the searched articles. The Boolean term AND was commonly used to enhance the display of more relevant data. Other than that Boolean term was only used to show specific articles that target specific object and narrow the number of articles to be displaced. For instance, combining the search terms breast cancer AND its harm will display results which shows the harms of breast cancer other than showing other aspects of breast cancer. After searching several articles from the databases using different search terms Around 25 articles were identified from both databases. Pubmed provided the most articles which included 16 articles and Medline 9 articles. The difference of number in both databases was due to the fact that Medline database did not produce so many changes in the display of different articles when different search terms and Boolean term were used. This is the time where most of the articles were identified. However, each database produced more articles but not all articles were relevant to the study. Medline had so many articles but, most of them were published between the year 2000 up to 2010. This did not fit the inclusion criteria where the study only needed articles that were not older than five years old. However, the articles were used for the purpose of understanding only since they contained information related to the study. On the other hand, Pubmed database was highly updated since most of the articles were of the latest years including the year 2018. Additional searches were done from International Journal of Nursing databases where several articles were produced. During identification, it was noted that most of the articles identified can only be read online in the databases since producing and downloading documents was not an option. After identifying articles from both databases, two articles were found to be the same and hence removed as duplicates. Around 25 articles were screened to check if they were consistent with the research. Screening included checking if they had an author or authors, year of publication, the general content of the article and checking if they were peer reviewed or not. At this juncture, 5 articles were excluded and only 20 articles remained. The eligibility of the articles was also checked. Twenty articles remaining were all read across to check if they were eligible. Six articles were excluded at this point due to various reasons. This includes poor grammar use, lack of plain words to an extent the whole documents were not easily understood, poor graphics and the information in the document were not well organized. The 14 remaining articles qualified to be used in the literature review of which 8 of them consisted of qualitative synthesis and 6 quantitative analysis. First I am going to tell you about his symbol. It is a trident. It was given to him by the Cyclopes to arm him in the battle against the Titans. The trident is not just something that looks like a pitchfork. It is much more powerful. It has the power to fork up whole continents and islands. After that, this became his tool of power. He would also throw his trident at the ground and it would create huge earthquakes. This is how he got his nickname Earthshaker. Now I am going to tell you about the relatives of Poseidon. His parents were Cronus and Rhea. Poseidon is the brother of Demeter, Hades, Hera, Hestia and Zeus. Zeus banished him to the underwater kingdom. Then Poseidon hurled huge waves at Zeus' kingdom on Mount Olympus. He was unable to reach the kingdom, so he threw the waves at the land. This eroded it everywhere except where Mother Earth put cliffs. Now I am going to tell you a summary of a myth about Poseidon. The name of this story is Poseidon. "In the days of Cronus and the Titans, the sea was ruled by Nereus." Nereus was the father of fifty sea nymphs. When Poseidon came to take over the sea, Nereus gave him his daughter Amphitrite for his queen. Then Nereus retired and went into an underwater grotto. Poseidon had a son with Amphitrite. His name was Triton. He had a fishtail instead of legs. Just like his grandfather. He rode around on the back of a sea monster. Poseidon was barely ever at home because he was always racing the waves with his snow white horses. Poseidon had many wives and many children but Amphitrite was not jealous. One of the islands that Poseidon made was named Delos. It was so new that it still floated about the ocean. The only thing that grew on this island was a palm tree. This island had barely been discovered. This is the island on which Apollo and Artemis would be born. This is why Apollo and Artemis will be born on the island of Delos. Hera found out that Zeus had married Leto. She got very mad and ordered all the lands to refuse to give her shelter. Therefore Leto could not give birth to the babies. She then went to Delos. They could accept her there because it was still floating and was not a land yet. But she still could not give birth to the babies because Hera had forbid Ilithyia the goddess of childbirth to go to her. "Without her help no child could be born." All the goddess' felt bad for Leto, so they bribed Hera with a necklace. It was nine feet long and made of gold and amber. Hera gave in and let Ilithyia go to Leto. Then Apollo and Artemis were born. "Zeus was filled with joy at the sight of his beautiful twins. He gave them each a silver bow and quiver full of arrows. The arrows of Artemis were soft as the moon and brought painless death, those of Apollo were hard and piercing as the rays of the sun." Zeus blessed the island and attached it to the bottom of the sea. Plants grew everywhere on the island and this island became the richest Greek island of all. At the young age of 22 he had already graduated from an M. B. A degree which showed he was driven, self-motivated and had all the qualifications to succeed within the company. His personality and ability in the golf course even allowed him to create a personal relationship with the president of the company, who became very fond of Dick. In my opinion his success as a salesperson came at a young age because he had the aptitude, and the necessary relational communication skills which allowed him to successfully accomplish organizational sales objectives required by his superiors. Many individuals pursue an M. B. A degree for career advancement opportunities. In Dicks case he managed to complete his college education with an M. B. A degree and land a sales position straight out of college. His knowledge and skill set in my opinion were over qualified for a position as a salesman. At such a young age it was a starting point where he managed to shine against his peers. From reviewing the case literature there are many critical issues leading to his tribulations as a manager, first his micro-management and leadership style leads to low employee satisfaction and resistance to change. Second his self- efficacy went from superior levels in sales to the bottom extreme in his role at the Mudroom Company, finally I believe that he lacked the training and/or knowledge to effectively manage a culturally diverse staff. Dick comes from a position where he practically makes all his own decision to close sales and is in charge of his professional environment, he moves up the latter with this notion that he himself has the vision to know what is best for the organization. From his trouble shooter phase, you can see that Dick does not particularly cares about the employees within the departments he intervenes. He cares about systematically improving and reducing costs to make the organization flourish without really considering who gets affected by his decision making and monotonous behavior. They felt more threatened than actually supported by Dicks overall headship. His actions on the Siding Department specifically caused a resistance to change because of how he handled the situation. According to Starr (2011), major change requires people to give up feelings of comfort, long-held values or beliefs, and established routines (p. 47). As he told his workers that the narrow bands of scrap where bendable and easily fitted into the disposal barrels, he refused to ear the workers and the foremans message of we have always done it this way. He refused to listen how bending the bands carried certain issues and problems that only the foreman understood. What he found out a few days later was that the workers kept on cutting the strip scraps even after the fact that he took away the saw machines like an angry child. I believe his self-efficacy came crashing down to the lowest levels in Canada. At some point he even became paranoid hinging the president and his friends in the home office where waiting for Dick to prove himself or fall flat on his face. He lost track of time, dates, pushed away his family, at his lowest point he left a meeting without his shoes. He started to remembered how his worst fields during the M. B. Recently however, an issue has surfaced that will yet again be a definite landmark in the timeline of our nations history. The only problem is that no one is positive that it even exists, which leaves us with one very important question: Does racial profiling exist in the politically-correct world of today? The answer to this question is of great importance to the legal well-being of minorities across the country, as the existence of a program that prejudges on basis of race and demographic is a complete abomination of the bill of rights. The police officer apparently drew his pistol, held it on Mr. Lovato, and ordered him to get out of the car and lie face down on the ground, where he was put in handcuffs and dragged toward the back of the police car. He was then held in custody based solely on his race, and questioned about gang activity, and drug and weapons trafficking.
